Dear Parents, Green Flag Congratulations to all our pupils and staff and in particular the members of the Green Schools Committee for all their work in helping us achieve our second Green Flag (Energy). Peace Proms Congratulations to the boys in the Choir who participated in the Peace Proms Concert held recently at City West. Sallynoggin Glenageary Credit Union Quiz – update Congratulations to the boys on the Under 13 Quiz Team, Daniel Carson, Michael Lowey, Sean McGrane and Tom Wallace, who have qualified for the next round of the Credit Union Quiz which will be held on February 28th. The first round of the quiz is taking place at 6.45 pm on Friday 31st January in the School Hall. Two teams, Under 13 and Under 11, will be taking part. There are 5 teams in the Sallynoggin Glenageary chapter of the Credit Union. The winning team from the Under 13s and from the Under 11s will go through to the next round. We got through to the All-Ireland final last year and wish the boys the best of luck!
We are delighted to be taking part in the Cross Border Orchestra Ireland Peace Proms 2014. This takes place at 8pm on Sunday 2nd February 2014 in Citywest Convention Centre. The School Choir will be performing at this event with Mr Clancy, Ms Ryan and Ms Burton, and everyone is looking forward to it.
